Can i go back to my old school (more inside)?

well i was doing bad so my mom decided to home school me for the remainder of the year and i think i did pretty good but now im going back to my school when it starts back will i be able to go back there or will they tell me no what will i have to do to go there because im freaking out btw they didnt count my grades for the last semester plz help PLZZZZZZ HELP I REALLY NEED TO KNOW
