What kind of credit does BMW financial look for?

Sooo now that my car was totaled I'm looking to lease a BMW 335 or Mercedes e350...my credit is ok and I'm paying of the remainder of my credit cards (4500) this week hopefully it will show on my credit report as I need a car asap...I'm 21 and the car that was totaled I had for 1 year and 6 months so I'm not sure exactly how difficult it is to lease a car with either BMW or Mercedes if anyone has leased any advice would be good I would hate to go in and have them run my credit for no reason
