Saving a movie in Windows Movie Maker?

Ok, so i put a high quality file into WMM and hit save to my computer, after naming and pressing next I selected "Best quality for my comp" THE quality after was terrible. Is there a way to save it in better quality like selecting "More options" and bumping up the MB's to like 100? thx
