Should Christopher Smalling be called up for England.....?

Smalling is really getting better which each game. Like a young Rio Ferdinand, his control is excellent. But after seeing yesterdays game, I was really impressed with Gary Cahill. Maybe Capello should ditch Rio and Terry all together and go for a Smalling-Cahill partnership.
