Will I get my money back?

Last week I recieved a credit of �1700 accidentally into my halifax account I did not know where this came from so as a way of not touching it I moved the money into my savings account. On friday as a result my account was blocked and my money that was inther was taken out this was �1046 I complained to halifax and today I was told that they were sorry for what has happened and offered me a compensation of �50 which I accepted. They also asked if it was ok to take the remainder of the money from my savings account i said ok. When I checked online tonight I have noticed that they have taken �1700 from my savings account which means that I am out by �1046. The fraud and complaint de[partment are closed at the moment and have to wait until tomorrow to find out what has happened. I am really worried �1046 is a lot of money will i get it back??
