What do you do with a newborn all day?

My daughter is 2 weeks old and I am home by myself from 8-6 and I run out of things to do with her. We wake up, eat, I read to her, have tummy time, and go on walks. I hold her the remainder of the day and I'm very lucky to get a nap out of her. What should a typical newborn day look like? Any other activities that I can do with her?
