Will you continue to ovulate if you have conceived ?

I messed around the day I believe the day I began ovulating so my question is if I did ovulate and conception took place would ovulation stop? or would it continue for the remainder of the ovualtion period because I have ovulating for almost a week so I was just wondering if it was possible I could have conceived?
