Is is ok for a Heroin user on Suboxone to smoke marijuana?

When someone is trying to kick Heroin and is taking Suboxone, is it ok for them to smoke pot and take Xanax ? I don't agree with my qualifier. Need advice from expert. Isn't clean clean? Not semi clean?
