It's hurts around my nipples(and I'm eleven?)?

I'm eleven who started puberty on April 10 2011 and after my period that happaned last week my breast started hurting and around my nipples.and when I lay to the front of my body when I sleep it's kinda hurts.I'm really scared please help me!thx:)
