Disqualification for concealed carry in Alabama?

In Alabama would a voluntary commitment to a mental institution for depression automatically disqualify you from getting a concealed carry permit? on the application it asks if you have ever been in a mental institution, and i want to know if checking yes is an automatic dis-qualifier.
