Does human waste contain any enzymes or just the remainder of our meals?

What I'm trying to find out is this: is human excrement and urine simply the remainder of the food and drink we consumed or does it contain some of our enzymes, acids, etc...And if it does, what percent. I'm trying to figure out if Superman's waste would be beneficial to humans. If it contained his enzymes and such could we collect his urine and excrement and put it to good use. Could I drink his piss and be invulnerable for, say, an hour or long enough to rob a bank...?
