F(x)=x^3+ax+b, where a and b are constants.?

When f(x) is divided by (x-4) the remainder is 32. Wheen f(x) is divided by (x+2) the remainder is -10. Find the value of a and the value of b. Hence, show that (x-2) is a factor of f(x).
