Have I lost my files?

You have a virus, i have been there, the dreaded boot loop. You will need to take it to a computer shop and have them transfer your files to another hard disk. They will have to reformat your hard drive and re-install windows. Have you tried re-booting in safe mode and doing a virus scan in safe mode. Your files are all there they just have to be move to another hard drive. Hope this helps
