Why hasnt my hair grown in like 4 years?!!?!!??!?? :(?

four years ago my hair grew at a good rate anfd was normal but now it just does not grow!!!!! i am tired of asking people and having thm tell me the wrong things!! plzzzz help btw im 13 if tht helps? plzzzz i need answers!!!! :)thx in advance!!
